General sales conditions of the company regulate contractual relations between TIPS d.o.o. (hereinafter: TIPS) and the buyer of goods and services (hereinafter: the buyer) from the TIPS sales programme, except in cases where the contracting parties have agreed otherwise.

General purchasing conditions of the company TIPS d.o.o. are an integral part of every order, contract, agreement, arrangement or legal transaction between TIPS d.o.o. and suppliers, unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.

The TIPS d.o.o. General Conditions for Contract Manufacturing regulate relations between suppliers and buyers in the sale of goods and services between TIPS d.o.o.
